The Role
• * Knight Frank Scotland is looking for a Saturday Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh.
• * Responsibilities
• * The Saturday Assistant will be responsible for covering the office on Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality customer service.
• Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Responding to email enquiries.
• Organise weekend property viewings.
• Maintain a tidy office and reception area.
• Communicate with Operations teams to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• * Key Experience Required
• ** Excellent standard of English Grammar and spelling.
• High level of initiative with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• The successful candidate will be proactive, confident in decision-making, and comfortable managing their own time and workload.
• * Hours and Place of Work
• * Saturdays from 9:30am to 2pmThis role is based in our Queen Street office
• * Holidays
• * Pro rata: 5 days plus closure between Christmas and New Year.
