The key responsibilities include:
• Receiving telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies, and colleagues, responding promptly and courteously, and transferring calls when necessary
• Completing tasks such as data entry, processing correspondence, and photocopying as required
• Minute-taking at partnership and clinical meetings as needed
• Collating, monitoring, and reporting data and statistics as required
About you: To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience providing administrative support in a service-based organisation
• IT literacy, including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets, and other MS applications
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility to work as part of a team
• Effective communication and numeric skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
