Power On, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Construction Support Officer who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
As the Construction Support Officer your key responsibilities are
Completing and submitting opening notices / stop notices / reinstatement details for works in the public highway as required.
Updating files and general administration tasks.
Booking and scheduling hotels, train tickets parking.
Raising purchase order requisitions.
Reporting and updating accidents and incidents using the correct channels.
About you
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Experience of working to set deadlines.
Ability to use MS Office programmes or equivalent.
Good planning and organisational skills.
General administration experience.
