Full job description
Due to new projects and increased output, a new opportunity has become available to join a Tier 1 project in Prospect as an Office Administrator. You will be a part of a team working on critical infrastructure to delivering design, construction, maintenance and facility management services.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Temp-Perm
Start ASAP
8am-5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compile and send booking requests to the Traffic Team (with Supervisor support)
Monitor and update active allocations
Review daily dockets and complete weekly traffic reports
Handle monthly invoicing
Maintain registers and spreadsheets
Greet and assist clients/visitors professionally
Prepare and format reports/presentations
Manage office supplies and catering
Ensure tidy and organized office environment
Provide efficient admin support for project operations
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or traffic coordination role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
Positive, flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
Familiarity with JDE, M-Files, Workday, or traffic management systems (desirable)
Full working rights
Own transport (site not accessible by public transport)
