We’re looking for an efficient and approachable Administrator to join our Marketing and Digital departments based within our Hillington Head Office, in Glasgow.

This is a hybrid position that involves two days in our Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow, and one day working from home.
About the role
Arnold Clark’s Head Office in Hillington houses both Scotland’s largest in-house Marketing department and our innovative Digital department.
As a Digital and Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily administration of both departments. This will include dealing with incoming calls, email enquiries and travel bookings and even occasional event support. You’ll be happy to help and enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment where every day is different.
Day-to-day duties
Handle daily administrative tasks, such as raising purchase orders, arranging the payment of supplier invoices, travel bookings, holiday and clocking management, hosting Teams meetings where appropriate, email management and managing stock levels of merchandise, uniforms etc.
Work with internal and external stakeholders, handle incoming calls and email enquiries.
Support department procurement needs, including online purchases, processing requests, and internal enquiries.
Ensure internal customer needs are met effectively, such as team meetings, all hands, hotel and travel requirements.
Drive continuous improvements in the administrative team.

A high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and work accurately, even under pressure
Team player who can also work on their own initiative
Have a positive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to adjust to different work requirements.
Nice to have (but not essential)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
