About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Scheduling, you will work as part of the Supply Chain Scheduling team in Integrated Operations as well as supporting the Supply Chain Planning and Production Scheduling teams.
Key accountabilities include:
Support the Supply Chain Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling Managers and their leadership teams
Manage calendars, department events and training department routines and ad-hoc requests as directed
Work collaboratively with the other Integrated Operations administrators and Executive Assistant
Schedule lead teams CCO’s and PTC activities
Manage employee and visitor building, site, IROC and Malaga Data Centre access as required
Arrange flights and accommodation via SAMS workflow and AEGBT portal
Complete monthly inspection of Malaga Data Centre
Onboarding of contractors
Order PPE in SAP, IROC uniform orders and create purchase requisitions for vendors
Report on team training compliance
About You
Experience in administration or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable building relationships and communicate across multiple departments and senior management
Ability to work autonomously, proactively and able to meet deadlines
Organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Manage confidential and sensitive matters with diplomacy
Experience using the BHP internal systems including; PAC, SAMS Workflow, SharePoint, SAP Concur, FLEX, Power BI
