Your new role
You will play a crucial role in providing efficientand professional administrative support whilst reporting to the office manager.Day to day duties include but are not limited too;
Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, andresponding to emails
Monitor incoming faxes and notify employees as faxesare received
Maintain stationery supplies through regular ordering
Organise couriers as required
Support with reconciliation of transactions asrequired
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent organisational skills will lead you to your success, as will;
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-pacedenvironment
Experience with accounting packages advantageous
