Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is seeking an Administrator to join our established Administration team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player to help us keep the office running smoothly and provide outstanding support to our team members.
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from light IT coordination, office upkeep, managing registers, organising office events and so much more.
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable, and takes pride in the small things that make a big difference. A positive attitude, willingness to lend a hand, and a genuine appreciation for team culture are key.
If you’re someone who notices when the walls need a touch-up, the storeroom needs a refresh, or it’s time to bring out the morning tea for a colleague’s milestone—then we want to hear from you!
This is a Monday – Friday role, based in our Victoria Park head office. Working hours are between 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with IT set ups and staff onboarding
Liaise with a range of internal teams, providing office support and troubleshooting
Keep registers tidy and up to date
Support monthly audits and reporting
Maintain a well-presented office environment
Coordinate archiving and storeroom organisation
Plan and organise team events and celebrations
