About The Role
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract until 5th March 2027)
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our busy and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who is looking to build or grow their career in a corporate environment.
Based at our Head Office in Perth, this full-time fixed-term role offers hybrid working options and the chance to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced team.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate records through data entry and system updates
Preparing letters, forms, and general documentation using templates
Providing administrative support across a range of team activities
Responding to general enquiries and directing requests as needed
Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses
Coordinating training requests and tracking completion records
Updating and maintaining internal guides and documentation
Assisting with team projects, initiatives, and events
What you’ll bring to the table:
Previous administration, data entry or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Confident communication and the ability to respond to enquiries professionally
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
