We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to oversee the health services and daily operations of our hospital/healthcare facility. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing staff, budgets, and fostering effective communication between departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a well-functioning healthcare facility and ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide effective leadership and management of the healthcare facility, ensuring adherence to organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency, enhance patient care, and improve overall facility performance.
• Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Collaborate with department heads and medical staff to establish and maintain effective communication channels, ensuring coordination and integration of services across different departments.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and performance indicators, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee patient admissions, discharge procedures, and patient flow, ensuring timely and appropriate patient care.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, insurance providers, and community organizations, to ensure compliance with regulations and foster positive relationships.
• Manage and address patient complaints or concerns in a timely and compassionate manner, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and resolution.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in healthcare administration, and apply relevant knowledge to improve facility operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare administration or a similar leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including medical staff, department heads, and external partners.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems and technology, including electronic health records and healthcare management software.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and effectively lead organizational change.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
