About the Role
Are you a proactive and enthusiastic administrator or receptionist looking for a role where you can make a real impact in a dynamic healthcare environment? Women’s Assessment and Delivery Suite operate 24/7, and in this vital role you will be rostered across a seven-day schedule, ensuring seamless support for our busy team.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver high quality, customer-focused reception services.
Accurately verify and input vital patient information.
Liaise effectively with patients, whānau, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with Women’s Health clinical and administration staff to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support ongoing quality improvements.

The Women’s Health administration team are committed to collectively delivering a quality, safe and accurate service along with treating all patients with dignity, respect, and compassion. Together we build an effective team and participate in ongoing quality improvements as required. Excellent communication is a vital part of this. Our success is driven by having shared accountability for healthy people, excellent care. This will enable us to provide excellent care through smarter, innovative delivery.
About you
Previous experience as a receptionist or in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to excellence and integrity in all interactions.
A proactive approach to personal responsibility and well-being.
The ability to handle shift work with stamina and enthusiasm.
Outstanding customer service skills.
