Job Description
The Commercial Division represents approximately 20% of the wider business, generating approximately £28 million in revenue, with a team of 250 people across eight UK offices. The position is based in our London HQ in Chapel Place which has over 100 professionals across our main divisions. There are lots of exciting events going on with various office socials, health & wellbeing and fundraising activities to get involved in.

Main tasks:
Produce accurate and well-presented documents including letters of engagement, reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed time frames.
Preparing, processing, and issuing invoices.
Supporting fee forecasting and financial tracking
Accurately record, track, and process all chargeable activities to ensure financial efficiency is maintained
Coordinating meeting invitations and diary arrangements
Arrange, coordinate and minute the Agency Senior Management Team meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions, actions and decisions are maintained
Maintaining a well‑organised and compliant digital filing system, ensuring documents are accurately stored
Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases
Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
Provide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required
Handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action
What will it take to be successful ?
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and a proven ability to support busy teams, with confident numeracy and excellent communication skills. They will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and able to quickly learn, use and train colleagues on specialist systems. Effective time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload are essential. Property experience, particularly within Agency would be beneficial but not essential.
