The core capability requirements for this role are:
Undertake property related due diligence investigations for radio site acquisitions, developments and disposals to assist in the establishment of new and renewal of existing radio site leasing arrangements.
Prepare briefing notes, update registers and general correspondence, relevant to property and leasing matters.
Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of Technical Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals and coordinate schedules and resources in support of tasks and deadlines.
Assist in the purchasing of goods and services and the processing of invoices, maintain section budget records, reconciliation and report preparation on budget expenditure using a computerised accounts system.
Provide professional, clear and courteous telephone interaction with internal staff at all levels, and the public.
Exercise initiative in developing and/or improving work processes and procedures to support the work performance of the unit.

Qualification:
Whilst not mandatory, training and experience with Level 2 Procurement would be highly desirable.
