Job Description
We are a busy, small, close-knit office based in Blackburn, specialising within the Building Industry, and conveniently located close to public transport.
Established in 2008, we service both small and large volume builders. As our company successfully continues to grow, we are currently looking to add a committed full-time Administrator / Receptionist, to our team for a 12-month contract with the opportunity for full-time employment after the contracted period.
About YOUR ROLE
The successful candidate will be assisting the General Managing Partners, and also assisting our admin team, with general office duties.
Answering phones / Reception duties
Taking bookings
Data entry
Printing, scanning and copying
Answering to client emails on a daily basis
General tidying / organizing of the office
Filing
Hours are Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Microsoft Office experience essential
We will provide training and support to the right person for the job.
Salary offered will be depending on experience.
