Job Description
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails
Scheduling meetings/interviews
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
Managing the administration and supplies of the firm.
Tracking time sheets of all employees.
Maintaining various registers and records of the firm
Qualifications:
The candidate should have completed B.Com / M.Com. (Candidate who's B.Com is running will not eligible)
Prior experience as a receptionist of 1 to 2 years
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Freshers can apply, however, experienced candidates will be preferred.
Work Location - Mithakhali, Ahmedabad (No Travelling)
