Job Profile

Purpose of Role :

• The objective of this role is to develop and implement best practices to drive positive client

• experience and proactively lead operational efficiency efforts and process improvements.

• The role plays an important part as liaison between stakeholder groups involved in the delivery of all transactions & service requirements , including front office, compliance and operational groups across the organization.

• As part of the team , the administrator will be an individual contributor role and will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of communications between parties.

Main Responsibilities:

• Registration & verification process of Transaction Banking products and services such as GCMS Plus, FOREX, Trade Manager.

• Responsibilities includes various server registrations for different product platforms such as

• COMSUITE, MBCC (AS400), GPS & GPH. Coverage will include new customers on boarding setups and existing customer maintenance requests such as account/user maintenance.

• Will be responsible for completing clients transaction & service requirements in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures Take ownership of assigned cases and actively follow through to completion. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

• Ensure high quality customer experience and reduce process/documentary redundancies to

• maintain client satisfaction.

• Facilitator of the client needs liasoning suitably with all stakeholders and following till execution.

• Support and educate clients on various products of the Bank and be an advisor for the client on solutions.

Candidate Profile :

• Working knowledge of Banking Products including Trade Finance, General Banking, FX etc)

• Client Service Experience is required.

• Knowledge of Transaction banking products and services including GCMS Plus, Forex, Trade

• Manager etc is of importance.

• Knowledge of product platforms including Comsuite, MBCC (AS400), GPS, GPH is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience of 1-3 years in Banking or Financial organisation.
