Admin/Marketing Assistant
Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys supporting others, being creative, and staying organised.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and send invoices
Handle client queries and phone/email support
Make follow-up and customer care calls
Create social media posts and stories using Canva
Write client transformation stories and articles
Send email marketing campaigns
Process payments and manage group training bookings
Check and report maintenance issues
Order stock and manage inventory
Help with local flyer drops and promotions
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy – Canva, social media platforms, basic admin software
Friendly, proactive, and well organised
Previous experience in a service or fitness setting (desirable but not required)
