About the position:
Join our dynamic small team, where you'll assist with a variety of administrative tasks and collaborate on projects for key clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the exciting world of media planning and buying.
Your tasks will include:
· Collating Information: Gather and organize data in Excel media plans and Material Instructions documents.
· Client Presentations: Assist in creating and refining PowerPoint presentations for client responses.
· Data Entry and Research Tools: Enter data accurately and utilize research tools (training will be provided).
· TV Campaign Tracking: Monitor and track TV campaigns weekly in coordination with TV networks.
· Brand Analysis: Compile information on our brands, their consumers, and competitors.
· Internal Meetings and Brainstorming: Participate in internal work-in-progress meetings and brainstorming sessions.
· Company-Wide Meetings and Initiatives: Support company-wide meetings and initiatives.
· Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration with digital and strategy teams, as well as wider media partners such as organising meetings and note taking.
About you:
This is an entry-level position. A degree in communications, marketing, or business administration will be highly regarded.
