Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily follow-ups with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails Convert potential leads Maintain and update CRM records regularly Coordinate with trainers and management for scheduling and onboarding Assist in handling inquiries through social media and other platforms Generate ideas and strategies to improve overall sales performance Requirements: Must be based in India Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
