Admissions Counsellor – WELS School, Handewadi (Pune)
We are looking for a confident and driven Admissions Counsellor to join our team at WELS School, Handewadi. If you enjoy interacting with parents, guiding students, and being part of a growing educational institution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
Guide parents and students about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and offerings
Conduct school tours and explain key highlights effectively
Follow up with prospective parents to support the admission process
Maintain records of enquiries and admissions
Work towards achieving monthly admission targets
Support admission events and promotional activities
Requirements
Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
Good understanding of the education sector and school admission processes
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
Ability to build trust with parents and handle queries confidently
Organized and proactive in follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary (based on experience)
Attractive performance-based incentives up to ₹30,000 per month
