Locations: Honeycomb by BHIVE (Managed Office Spaces), MG Road 25, Primrose Rd, Craig Park Layout, Sivanchetti Gardens, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025
-Candidates should have excellent communication and convincing skills.
-Counseling experience is a must
-Meet Target/ deadline on monthly basis.
-Conversation of the leads into the admission.
Experience: min. 1.5 year - 5 years
Required skills: Counselling Skills, Sales Orientation
Southern language proficiency preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Handling enquiries and leads generated through various sources viz. webinars, seminars, online campaigns, data base etc.
· Handling online academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents through telephone, video calls and other mediums.
· Handling admission test and interview.
· Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
· Responsible for getting online admission form filled and collecting soft copies of relevant documents.
· Responsible for collecting initial admission amount.
· Handling MIS system and sharing reports on time.
· Responsible for achieving individual admission targets.
· Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
· Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual student admission budgets.
