ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

Help with all aspects of school Program and curriculum development and delivery and interface with the Director, teachers and other required staff. Be the single point contact for parents for admission related inquiries.

· Addressing Enquiry Telephonic and walk in.

· Entire the enquire admission procedure to the prospective target audience.

· Form Sale

· Data to be feed in the ERP

· Submission of documents required after obtaining the duly filled form and concluding the registration by handing over the receipt to parents after receiving registration fee.

· Scheduling of interaction and school visit.

·Initiating the admission after receiving the cheque and filling the details of the same in ERP to create the admission number of the child.

· Elaborating the process of downloading the GIS application in their mobile for the communication with respect to their ward and school.

· Responsible for maintaining admission and withdrawal register

· Responsible for maintaining form sale receipts, registration file, interaction file and admission file.

·Handling queries over the telephone

·Converting leads into admissions.

·Counseling potential students / parents to enroll in the programs offered by the Institute by giving them correct complete information about the programs and admissions.

·Generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales.

·Handling telephonic / walk-in inquiries

·Collating feedback and preparing MIS reports

ELIGIBILITY:

Excellent written and verbal communications.

Good knowledge about the courses.

Ready to work as per requirement.

Well-versed with the background of the management industry.

Must possess a thorough knowledge of institutions, programs offered.

Should maintain a professional work environment.

Capable of shouldering a variety of responsibilities.

Full of energy, multi-tasking abilities, and result-oriented nature and takes initiative.

Behavioral skills: Communication skills/ team leading

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
