- Good selling skills entirely over the phone
- Understanding of the medical field for B2C Tele-calling
- Ability to make 150-200 calls a day
- Maintain accurate daily records on a CRM with proper adherence to the sales process and lead-tracking mechanisms
- Coordinate with various teams like Sourcing, sales, and Marketing to ensure exceptional customer service
- Clarity in speech and voice modulation
- Strict Adherence to daily check-in and check-out time
- Play an active role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution
- Ability to switch to a language the customer is comfortable with
- Strict adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
