Job Description
Student & Admission Counsellor should be responsible for interacting with potential candidates for converting them into paid applications & subsequently to admissions for the University.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Should assist candidates at every stage of admissions and marketing cycle for all courses under the college
2. Using assigned CRM or excel, leads are called by the Counsellors to convert into applications for the courses at the University
3. Answer Inbound calls and answer queries raised by inbound callers
4. Adhere to assigned targets of calls made and conversions to applications
5. Counselling and follow up via other communication tools such as emails/whats app/chats may be required from time to time & for enhancing conversions
6. Interacting with assigned Faculty coordinators for regular inputs
7. Any other functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Freshers with good communication skills can be consideredMinimum experience of 6 months in a similar industry.Any Graduation or applied to have passion and deep understanding of the Indian education system.Ed-tech experience will be preferred.Interested in mentoring and guiding students.Having a knack for sales and conversion to get the best level.Good interpersonal and presentation talents.
