Admission Counsellor

Salary:
₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience Required:
2 to 3 years in admission counselling, academic advising, or related roles.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Gender:
Open to all genders.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Provide detailed information about academic programs and career opportunities.
Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests and qualifications.
Guide students through the admission process, including application and enrollment procedures.
Communication & Follow-up:
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Follow up with potential students to complete the admission process.
Maintain regular communication with students and parents to address queries and provide updates.
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed appropriately.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with academic departments to stay updated on course offerings and admission criteria.
Participate in promotional activities, such as seminars and open houses, to attract prospective students.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the education sector and admission processes.
