Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their careers with our programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel potential students.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses offered by Code With TLS.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions in CRM systems.
Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure a smooth admission process.
Coordinate with academic and support teams to address student concerns.
Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive attitude with the ability to guide and influence decision-making.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Previous experience in sales or counselling (preferred but not required).
