Admission Counselor
Location: Gurugram (On-site)

Growth Pathshaala is a Startup for education and career-counseling institute specializing in English test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, OET), spoken English, personality development, and psychometric assessments. With centers in Pitampura (Delhi) and DLF Phase 2 (Gurugram), we empower students and professionals to unlock their potential and achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Engage with inbound and outbound student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
Consultation & Needs Analysis: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand each prospect’s background, goals, and challenges.
Program Recommendation: Match students to the right course(s)—IELTS Academic/GT, TOEFL, PTE, OET, Spoken English—based on their objectives.
Application Support: Guide students through enrollment formalities, documentation, fee payments, and scheduling.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversion statuses in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to optimize campaigns and with academic coordinators to ensure seamless onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years in admission counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles—ideally within the education sector.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
Interpersonal: Empathetic listener with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
Sales Aptitude: Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic social-media outreach.
Organized: Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
