Admissions Process Management
Guide prospective students and their families through the application process.
Assist in the completion of enrolment forms and verify submitted documents.
Schedule and conduct campus tours and interviews.
Ensure all admissions procedures are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Counselling and Guidance
Provide detailed information on the school’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, and facilities.
Counsel students and parents on program selection, eligibility, and other queries.
Address inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Outreach and Promotion
Participate in school fairs, community events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Develop and distribute promotional materials, including brochures and newsletters.
Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools and education consultants.
Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated records of inquiries, applicants, and enrollment statistics.
Generate periodic reports on admissions progress for school leadership.
Collaboration
Work closely with school administration, teachers, and marketing teams to align enrolment goals.
Coordinate with finance teams for fee-related queries and processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service (experience in an educational setting is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Passion for education and a student-focused mindset.
