Job Title: Admission Counselor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Admission Counselor to join our front-line team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to confidently explain and promote our training programs to students and their parents. Your goal will be to guide and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally.
· Clearly explain all training programs, benefits, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
· Handle objections and provide personalized course recommendations based on students’ interests and goals.
· Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and scheduled meetings.
· Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions.
· Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM or manual logs.
· Coordinate with the marketing team for leads and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Counseling, Education, Marketing, or similar fields).
· Experience: 1–2 years in admissions, sales, or counseling roles (Freshers with excellent personality and communication skills may also apply).
· Personality Traits:
- Presentable and confident in appearance and speech
- Positive attitude and persuasive communication
- Patient, empathetic, and good listener
· Skills:
- Fluent in Hindi and English - Strong interpersonal & convincing skills - Good knowledge of MS Office & internet tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
