Core responsibilities
Community outreach: Conduct field visits and attend events like job fairs and community meetings to identify and engage potential participants.
Counseling and awareness: Inform individuals and families about program benefits, opportunities, and eligibility criteria to encourage participation.
Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, NGOs, and other influencers to gain support and trust.
Event coordination: Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions, workshops, and job drives to facilitate enrollment and engagement.
Program support: Support participants during and after the program by tracking attendance, helping with retention, and providing ongoing encouragement.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of mobilization activities and provide regular updates and feedback to project leads and relevant teams.
