Job Title: Admission Counselor – The Wedding School (TWS)
Location - Mumbai BKC
Salary - 35,000 to 50,000
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Admission Counselor to join The Wedding School (TWS) team. The role involves handling leads generated through various online platforms, managing digital engagement, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting students through their learning journey. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a Work-from-Home setup.
Role Requirements
· 8 to 10 years of experience mandatory.
. Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written).
· Basic knowledge of Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
· Familiarity with Instagram and Zoom for digital and session management.
· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage responsibilities independently.
· Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday sessions).
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Management:
o Call and follow up with leads generated via Google, SEO, and Instagram.
o Maintain and update lead status on Google Sheets.
o Share daily call summaries on the WhatsApp group.
· Admissions & Communication:
o Explain TWS course details, structure, and benefits to prospective students.
o Share installment and payment details with potential students.
o Assist and resolve student queries promptly and professionally.
· Session Management:
o Manage and support TWS online sessions every Saturday and Sunday on Zoom.
o Ensure smooth coordination and technical readiness before sessions.
o Upload post-session stories or highlights on Instagram with engaging content.
· Internship & Placement Support:
o Coordinate internship opportunities for students with partner companies.
· Digital & Team Coordination:
o Collaborate with the SEO and Social Media teams for lead tracking and engagement.
o Participate in monthly SEO meetings and assist in blog content creation.
Support and oversee the social media content planning and execution process.
