Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Admission Counselor - Online Beauty Courses (Telecaller). The Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing comprehensive information about the courses, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves active telecalling to connect with potential students, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate guidance to enroll in our beauty and wellness courses. Building a professional and supportive relationship with students is essential for this role.
Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Background in Education or experience with academic counseling
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• High organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM software and telecalling techniques is a plus
