We have urgent opening for Admission counselor For Females Only
Walk-In Interview Details:
Date: Saturday, 21st June 2026
Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Venue: Civil Engineering Software Academy,
Ground Floor, Parijat Bldg.,
Opp. S.N.D.T College, Near Lagu Bandhu,
Karve Road, Pune – 411004
Walk in for Admission Counselor with 2+years Experience Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Understand student needs, career goals, and suggest suitable courses.
Explain course offerings, duration, fees, career outcomes, and certifications.
Address student/parent queries professionally and persuasively.
Lead Management:
Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Update CRM with accurate and timely lead data.
Admissions Coordination:
Help students complete the admission formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain documentation of enrolled students.
Sales & Conversion:
Convert walk-ins, online leads, and telephonic inquiries into admissions.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Promote special offers, discounts, and scholarship programs.
Event Participation:
Assist in organizing seminars, career fairs, webinars, and workshops.
Represent the institution in college/university visits (if applicable).
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, emails)
Work Timings:
+:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday off (or alternate week off, depending on the organization)
