Enquiry Conversions
§ Handle telephonic prospects and convert it into a walk-in enquiry
§ Counsel walk – in prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrolments
§ Actively and aggressively pursue pending enquiries to convert them into enrolments
§ Ensure enrolments happen at no/minimum possible discount
§ Conduct/ coordinate with Marketing Executive to conduct house visits to convert a prospect into an enrolment
§ Deliver promotional presentations and seminars in colleges / institutes
Track Competition
§ Conduct competitor visits regularly and keep track of their activities
Manage Receivables
§ Collect fees from the students on timely basis
§ Ensure student fee outstanding is nil
Data Management
§ Document and maintain details of both telephonic and walk-in enquiry
§ Maintain instalment register in real time
Supervise creation of identity cards for new enrolments before batch commencement
Operating Environment:
§ Responsibility for meeting enquiry conversion targets at the centre in an environment of increasing competitive intensity.
§ Being the market leader, IANT is constantly under threat from competitors on both price and quality fronts, hence the job-holder should ensure that the IANT Advantage should be communicated effectively to the prospects
