Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students make the right educational choices. This is a target-oriented role involving direct interaction with potential students and parents to guide them through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents over phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Convert leads into admissions through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain a CRM system for lead tracking and updates.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless enrollment and onboarding of students.
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in admission counseling or EdTech sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales/enrollment targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a persuasive attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with B2C sales in the education or EdTech sector.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
