Job Description
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM- Marketing will be given preference)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students & working professionals for our various Distance & ODL Mode Programs through multiple media like telephone calls, emails, chats & social media.
2. Handling walk-ins & counselling them for new registrations & admissions
3. Generate leads and follow-ups for admissions & closure.
4. Develop & maintain positive working relationships with clients/working professional
5. Maintaining MIS of all student queries and status updates of action taken thereon.
6. Delivery of Sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
7. Managing the data in system software.
8. Work on the references provided by the existing clients/ working professionals
