Role Overview
The Admission Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the entire admission process, from lead generation to enrollment. The role involves counseling students/parents, achieving admission targets, managing admission teams, coordinating with academic departments, and ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Handle student inquiries through phone, walk-ins, email, and online platforms.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and career opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end admission process including registration, documentation, and follow-ups.
Generate leads through various channels such as seminars, events, tie-ups, and digital platforms.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and consultants.
Monitor and analyze admission data and prepare regular reports.
Train, guide, and supervise the admission team.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission regulations.
Enhance student experience and maintain a professional admission environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Education/Management preferred).
3–7 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or education management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent convincing and presentation abilities.
Experience in handling admission targets and team management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
