-Handling student enquiries and prospective client walkins
-Handling Inbound and Outbound calls
-Guiding students to select the relevant academic test prep program
-Servicing of students including giving study plans and colleges related information
-Handling admission related responsibilities.
-Keeping track of daily enquiries.
-Regular MIS updation.
