Description
The Admission Officer is primarily responsible for the system registration of new applications for all international students to GSP Institution Partners. The Admission Officer will need to understand the GSP customer relationship management system (CRM) and Student Application Systems (of various colleges). The role also has the responsibility for dealing with student/agent enquiries, internal and external. Provide a customer-focused quality evaluation and advisory service to prospective students, agents and the GSP Recruitment division, generally on all aspects of the University’s admission requirements, policies, procedures and entry pathways. On job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Registration of all applications for admission for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Applications
Prepare CRM case and application entry in GSP system within the required turnaround time.
Assist with incoming enquiries through phone call or emails and direct them to responsible officers.
Liaise with GSP’s agent or Student to collect all Student Application document.
Make follow up calls and emails to agents and students on pending documents or information for Admission processing.
Be accountable for data integrity of student records in the CRM, SMS.
Assist with ad-hoc request from Team Manager as required.
