Admission Operation (
Handle inbound & outbound admission inquiries via phone, email, and chat—qualify leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM/ERP: capture applications, update statuses, and log communications in a timely manner.
• Coordinate admission activities—schedule counselling sessions, interviews, and campus visits; follow up on required documentation and fee payments.
• Perform document verification and basic eligibility checks; escalate discrepancies to seniors for resolution.
• Support admission campaigns and outreach drives by following calling scripts, maintaining call logs, and reporting daily metrics to supervisors.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on leads, conversions, pending documentation, and process bottlenecks to improve throughput.
