Job Title: Education Counsellor / Admission Sales Executive (Work From Home)

Job Description:
We are hiring a highly motivated Education Counsellor (Sales-Oriented) who can convert student leads into admissions through strong counselling and follow-ups. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, targets, and earning high incentives based on performance.
You will be responsible for counselling students for MBBS Abroad, Study Abroad Programs, and other company education products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student leads and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions for MBBS abroad and study abroad programs.
Provide detailed counselling on MBBS, medical courses, and international education options.
Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with students and parents.
Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Guide students on courses, universities, admission procedures, and documentation.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and conversion reports.
Work closely with the team to maximize results and meet business goals.
Follow company systems, scripts, and instructions from seniors.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and conversion mindset.
Good knowledge of MBBS Abroad and European destinations such as Germany, France, and other key study abroad countries.
Experience in MBBS counselling / study abroad counselling / education sales preferred.
Ability to work independently from home with discipline and focus.
Target-driven and result-oriented attitude.
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Uncapped Incentives – earn high incentives on every successful conversion (no limit)

Eligibility:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
Minimum 1 year of experience in MBBS counselling / education counselling / sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply
