Job Description:

Wartens is looking for skilled and empathetic Admissions & Career Support Executive to join our growing team. This role is office-based in Bangalore, and you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a team committed to supporting candidates throughout their training and career journey.

You will be responsible for handling the full candidate journey — from initial enquiry and consultation to onboarding, training coordination, and placement support. We’re not just looking for salespeople; we’re hiring professionals who can truly understand each candidate’s needs and guide them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming leads and initiate outbound connections with professionalism and clarity.

Understand each candidate’s career goals, assess suitability for programs, and provide tailored guidance.

Conduct and coordinate online consultation sessions with internal teams and candidates.

Support the onboarding process and ensure smooth transition into training.

Maintain detailed records in CRM and internal tracking tools.

Follow up with potential and current trainees at appropriate intervals.

Liaise with technical and support teams to resolve queries and ensure end-to-end candidate satisfaction.

Assist in post-training processes, including feedback, project tracking, and placement follow-up.

Work Schedule & Location:

Location: Bangalore (Office-based role)

Shift Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST (+-hour shift including breaks)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.

Good to have Kannada and Hindi speaking skill.

Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to individual needs.

Confident in hosting online meetings and professional presentations.

Good organization and time management skills.

Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and video conferencing tools.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: Starting ₹20,000 (based on experience and skills)
