Responsibilities:
Advise and counsel prospective students on academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines.
Assist students in completing application forms, reviewing documents and other required materials.
Provide feedback and guidance on application essays and personal statements.
Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about our college/university, programs, campus facilities, financial aid options, scholarships, and other relevant information.
Build relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and educational professionals to collaborate and support students.
Conduct interviews or evaluate applicants to assess their suitability for admission.
Maintain accurate records of prospective students, applications, and admissions decisions using appropriate software systems.
Communicate regularly with prospective students, providing updates on application status and addressing their concerns or queries.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of college/university admissions processes, requirements, and trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using computer applications and software for data management.
Desired candidate should have similar work experience.
