Previous experience of working in the admissions or student recruitment functions for the universities in the UK is a pre requisite for this role.
Position: Admissions Executive
Start: Immediate
Remuneration: INR 25000 monthly.
This is a full time role based in our Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess student applications to ensure they meet admission requirements. Evaluate academic records, personal statements, and other materials, and make recommendations based on thorough analysis.
• Conduct one-on-one interviews with prospective students, both in-person and virtually, to assess their suitability for the program. Provide guidance on admission requirements, eligibility, and application procedures. Evaluate candidates based on interview performance, academic background, and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders regarding application status, admission decisions, and next steps. Respond to inquiries promptly and provide clear, accurate information about programs, deadlines, and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, interviews, and admission decisions in the system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and institutional policies.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process. Generate reports on application status, interview feedback, and admissions trends for senior management.
Person Specification (essential):
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• More than 1 years of work experience in the international education sector
• Good understanding of the UK education system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good relationship management and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Employment Type:
