We are seeking a responsible and highly organized Admissions & Operations Coordinator to manage all student inquiries and daily communication operations for our institute. The role includes handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing WhatsApp Business, responding to social media messages, maintaining inquiry and admission records, coordinating with teachers, recording and reporting teacher-related concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between students and management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (mandatory) and able to speak Punjabi and/or Hindi, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, have basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business), and be professional, punctual, and capable of working independently during assigned shifts, including night shifts if required.
