Description
We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated admissions team as an Admissions Support Officer. This full-time position lasts for 12 months and is responsible for managing a smooth and efficient admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key role in progressing applications to the College by delivering a responsive and efficient admissions service. You will work closely with curriculum teams to coordinate interviews and manage applications through our Management Information System from initial enquiry to enrolment. Another key aspect of the role is engaging regularly with prospective learners, and offering clear and timely information, advice, and guidance. In addition to admissions, you will contribute to the wider operations of the team by supporting reception duties, processing financial transactions, handling posts, assisting with open days and interviews, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all learners and visitors.
