**Job Title: AVP - Adoptions PMO**

• *Location: Bangalore**

• *Role Description**

The role is for an AVP to act as the lead project analyst (PMO) for the adoptions workstream which manages the adoption of reference data across the bank’s divisions to address key data priorities for the bank as well as material closure of regulatory risk issues. You will be responsible for managing project deliveries across the bank’s different divisions including reporting on adoption milestones, tracking of progress, escalating risks and issues. Requires the ability to be able to analyse issues impacting adoption and working with IT and Business stakeholders to propose remediation activities to get project milestones back on track to meet yearly targets. You will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all project artefacts including milestone and programme reporting, creating meeting material and minutes for stakeholder and governance meetings, managing risks and issues to the correct teams for resolution.

Requires banking working knowledge and some exposure on IT platforms, processes and the flow of data in the bank front-to-back as well as the ability to analyse issues to determine root cause and help determine solutions. You will need to be comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels across the bank both globally and across functions.

• *About Operations Reference Data Services (ORDS)**

• *Operational Reference Data Services (ORDS) function comprises global teams responsible for the governance and maintenance of 5 domains of data to the highest standards for provision to our multiple Business and Infrastructure consumers for use in a wide range of regulatory, tax and transactional reporting. These domains comprise: (i) Client Data (including party, tax and regulatory data), (ii) Instrument Data, (iii) Product Data, (iv) Organisational and Book Data, and (v) Common Data.**

• *About the Adoptions Team**

• *The Adoptions team is responsible for engagement with the Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and Infrastructure (Risk, Finance, Treasury, CAO) consumer divisions for the prioritisation and planning of reference data adoption to ensure that key regulatory, cost and efficiency targets are achieved and that the divisions are demonstrating compliance with the level of adoption required by our Regulators and expected by our leadership team.**

- **Establish and understand the reference data issues impacting consumer adoption plans and work across the teams to analyse issues and propose solutions**:

- **Prior knowledge of Reference Data Systems coupled with a strong business working knowledge and exposure on systems, processes and the flow of data within these would be beneficial**:
