The Deutsche Bank ADP Programme:

We offer our Graduate Programme across various business divisions and infrastructure area within Finance. You will receive experiential learning in various endeavours from experience within roles of Group Finance, learn from mentors, peers and management, and lastly with formal learning sessions such as functional boot camps trainings, technical trainings and courses within the DB training portal.
About the business division:
The Finance teams oversees all financial details of Deutsche Bank. Global teams provide accurate and timely financial information as well as advice and analysis to Deutsche Bank’s businesses and infrastructure function with focus on Cost Controls, limiting Risk and strengthening Deutsche Bank’s decision-making process. It consists of group wide functions (CRDU, Global Reporting, LTRA, Accounting Close, Infrastructure Finance), dedicated teams for each of the Bank’s core divisions and infrastructure areas, as well as regional Finance.

Your Key Responsibilities
The role would mainly involve -
• Preparation & validation of Data required for reporting (risk, liquidity, entity-level P&L, BS) and uploading the same to reporting tool where required.
• Perform variance analysis of report generated and investigate unexpected movements.
• Preparing & submitting quarterly/yearly forms within the Head Office governed deadline.
• Month end close, preparation of standard postings, booking of accruals, manual adjustments, suspense account clearance etc.
• Preparation of reconciliations at product/feed level
• Product level P&L to entity
• Documentation of changes in KOPs and other data management processes
• Investigation of data and reporting issues & preparation of routine and adhoc adjustments
• Ensuring consistent delivery & service levels are maintained.
• Focus on data quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s governance and control standards
Your Skills And Experience

• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Sound knowledge on basics of finance & banking
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, word, Access & PowerPoint)
