Ads & Finance Strategist Invoicing Precision

Position: Ads & Finance Strategist – Own $250K/Month + Invoicing Precision | $+50/Day

We’re looking for a rare hybrid: someone who can scale paid media profitably and manage the numbers behind it. If you’re both a performance marketer and a financially accurate operator , this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and scale Facebook & Google Ads campaigns with $250K/month in spend

Build and test winning ad structures, audience segments, and creative hooks

Track daily performance: ROAS, CPA, funnel drop-off, and LTV

Take full ownership of monthly invoicing : billing reports, platform reconciliation, pacing accuracy

Collaborate with finance to ensure every dollar is tracked and reported properly

What Makes You a Fit: 5+ years of experience running performance campaigns (Facebook & Google)

Proven success managing $100K+/month across eCommerce or direct-response accounts

Strong grasp of invoice cycles, ad spend reconciliation, and platform billing dashboards

Analytical, organized, and outcome-focused

Excellent communicator, fully remote-ready

Compensation:

$+50/day , paid in USD via Pay Pal or international bank transfer

Full-time remote, Monday to Friday

Work with a global performance team and help scale multiple eCommerce brands
