Position: Advance Software Engineer - HMI/View
Overall Responsibilities And Duties
The engineer will be responsible for Design/Develop/Maintainance model-based SW development for ADAS ECU.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical Electronics/Msc Electronics.
Experience
• 5 -7 years experience as a Software engineer in Automotive ECU
Must-Have
Skills and competencies:
• Proficiency in C/C++ with real-time Embedded systems
• Experience in embedded graphic application development using graphics API like as OpenGL ES. UI conductor
• Optimize existing ADAS ECU View/HMI and improve the performance
• Understanding of software architecture layers and design for HMI using tools like Altia, Kanzi, QT, EBGuide, or similar.
• ECU(Any Display) HMI Layout Transition/design experience.
• State transition
• OSD, Guidelines, Icons
• Very Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Good Knowledge of vehicle information use cases
• Any Real-time OS (Linux, QNX, INTEGRITY)
• SW Tools - Jira/DOORs/RTC/BUGZILLA/Confluence or any ALM (Application life cycle Management)
• experience in GPU, 3D rendering
• Video pipeline, Display units
Nice To Have
• Good understanding of real-time system fundamentals
• Experience in model-based design and implementation of Gui and its logic& control
• Good to have knowledge of 2D/3D graphics core utilization
• Japanese Language & working culture
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing the View/HMI application for the ADAS platform
• Responsible for understanding the HMI and View system requirement and providing the software estimation
• Support testing of implementation to ensure it is safe, reliable, and operates as designed
• Use online collaboration tools to work in a global environment effectively
• As a senior engineer involved in Software Architecture/Design/Code reviews to ensure quality work products.
• Responsible for the definition of interfaces between software components.
• Perform analysis, resolution, and tracking of defects to closure.
